- ISO 9001:2015 · IATF 16949:2016 · ISO 14001:2015, with registrar-checkable numbers
- IATF 16949 scope excludes product design (8.3) — we build to your drawing
- No AS9100, no NADCAP, no ISO 13485 — said plainly, not discovered at audit
- Request the certificate PDFs and read the scope clause before you order
ISO 9001:2015 — what it covers, and what it does not
ISO 9001 is a quality-management-system certificate, not a product guarantee. It says the shop runs documented, audited processes; it does not say your specific part will be good. That is what the inspection report is for. Ours is 116024/A/0001/UK/En, and we will send the PDF so you can confirm the registrar and the scope with your own eyes.
IATF 16949:2016 — the automotive layer
IATF adds what automotive supply chains demand on top of ISO 9001: process capability (Cpk/Ppk), production part approval, and full traceability. Read the scope carefully: ours excludes clause 8.3, product design. That is the honest position — drawings come from you, and we manufacture to them. Certificate 131941/A/0001/SM/En.
ISO 14001:2015 — environmental scope
Environmental management, covering how we handle waste, coolant and energy. It matters less for your part and more for your compliance chain if your customer audits environmental clauses. 116024/B/0001/UK/En.
How to read a certificate you are shown

Look at three things: the certificate holder name (ours is Dongguan Zhuohang Ltd), the scope clause, and the exclusion clause. A certificate with a name that does not match the invoice, or a scope that does not match the work, is a red flag, not a bonus. We publish ours for exactly this reason.
Certifications we do not hold
We do not hold AS9100, NADCAP, or ISO 13485. If your part must flow through an AS9100 system, that should filter us out in the first email, and it saves both of us an audit that was never going to pass. Honesty about the boundary is part of the quality system.
Documents to request with your first order
First-article inspection report, material certificates (mill certs), certificate of conformance, in-process records, and a packaging list. A shop that pushes back on any of these is telling you what its traceability will look like later.
Is ISO 9001 enough for my parts?
For most non-automotive parts, yes. For automotive, ask for IATF 16949 and read the exclusion clause. For aerospace, you need AS9100, which we do not hold and will say so.
How do I verify a certificate is current?
Ask for the PDF, note the registrar and certificate number, and confirm both on the registrar's register. We provide the numbers up front so this takes minutes.
Request the certificate PDFs and read the scope clause before you send work.
